Miguel’s pricing strategy was far more realistic than my first realtor. The house staging that Miguel arranged made a significant difference. I previously did restorations through a contractor arranged by my first realtor. Miguel noticed small defects in the previous restorations. We worked seamlessly to correct these. Unfortunately, I had done many house showings under those earlier conditions. Miguel worked seamlessly to get the contractor paid off.
